We’re enthusiastic fans of homemade salad dressings and infused olive oils- especially in winter when salad ingredients are a little less diverse. Homemade dressings have little to no sugar, no artificial ingredients, great flavor, are significantly less expensive, and they’re a lot less work to make than you might think.
