How To Cook King Trumpet Mushrooms

King Trumpets may just be our favorite mushroom. Also known as King Oyster, Trumpet Royale, Eryngii, or French Horn mushrooms, these chonky shrooms are hearty, meaty, and incredibly easy to cook. Sliced and pan fried they remind us of scallops. Here are a few recipes we loved for whipping these delicious mushrooms up at home....
